They are looking for a customer-focused and passionate leader to manage three sites located centrally, just minutes away from Coventry University. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the General Manager will have full responsibility for the properties, including overseeing facilities and building management. The role entails delivering an exceptional experience to all customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
You will identify and build relationships with universities, student unions, and other relevant organisations within Coventry. Additionally, the General Manager will collaborate with the site operations team to ensure the day-to-day management of the property, maintaining high standards of customer service for the students at all times.
The successful candidate will possess a track record in managing the operations across a comparable environment, ideally in student accommodation, hospitality, retail or leisure. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong commercial ability and facilities management experience. The role will suit individuals with a high level of credibility, team leadership, stakeholder management and the capability to deliver excellence.
