Role Overview: The M&E Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of multiple M&E projects, ensuring cost control and contract administration are carried out efficiently. This individual will collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations, within budget and on time. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts * Conducting cost analysis, value engineering, and procurement strategies * Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements * Managing and processing payments, variations, and final accounts * Monitoring project progress and providing financial reports to stakeholders * Ensuring that projects comply with contractual and legal requirements * Supporting project managers with risk management and dispute resolution * Conducting regular site visits to assess work progress and validate cost reports Qualifications and Experience Required: * Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the data centre or commercial sectors * Strong knowledge of M&E systems, contracts, and cost management * Familiarity with NEC or JCT contract administration * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Proficiency in estimation software and financial reporting tools * Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline is preferred * Membership of RICS or other relevant professional bodies is advantageous What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * 25 Days Holiday + Bank * Private Healthcare / Dentalcare * Professional development and career growth within a dynamic company
