The White Eagle, Rhoscolyn is looking for their next chef de partie to join our new head chef
Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour plus gratuity

The role-
Preparation and execution of the highest quality food for our friends & guests whilst achieving our goals & order of service
Effectively run a section of a busy kitchen, undertaking section orders, managing work loads & maintain exacting standards.
Assist the Sous chef with creating daily specials that will evolve the menu & development of the food going forward
In charge of running individual section of kitchen.
Work closely with the junior members of the team so they continually learn, develop & evolve
Display a culture of kindness to all colleagues & always lead by example
Assisting colleagues with record keeping, deep cleaning and H&S procedures and compliance
