Xpert Resourcing are currently working with an established local business who are looking to appoint a professional, well organised team player to liaise with customers regarding orders and delivery schedules.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients and internal members of staff.

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.

  • Organising appointments and scheduling meetings.

  • Providing quotations and costs for scheduled work.

  • Taking calls from new and existing customers.

  • Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.

  • Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of customer service.

  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

  • General administrative duties.

  • Proven experience in a customer service and administrative role is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
