We are partnered with a leading global consultancy renowned for delivering end-to-end transformation programs - from strategy through to execution. With a strong legacy in digital innovation and business change, the firm is now investing heavily in its Cloud practice, and they’re looking for a strategic, growth-minded Director to join the team.
As a Director in the Cloud Strategy & Transformation team, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the practice. You’ll work closely with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) to design and deliver cloud-enabled transformation programs, while also helping define the practice’s direction, capabilities, and go-to-market strategy.
Role Requirements- Lead cloud transformation initiatives from ideation to implementation across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Advise C-level stakeholders on how to leverage cloud, AI, and automation (RPA, ML) to accelerate digital transformation.
- Contribute to and lead business development efforts—developing client relationships, shaping proposals, and achieving revenue targets.
- Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams within the cloud practice.
- Drive innovation and help evolve the firm’s service offerings to reflect emerging technologies and client needs.
- Proven experience in cloud strategy, cloud migration, and digital transformation in a consulting environment.
- Strong advisory background, with a track record of working with CIOs/CTOs to develop and implement enterprise cloud strategies.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder cloud programs, ideally integrating AI/RPA/ML capabilities.
- Commercial acumen—able to hit sales targets, develop pipeline, and drive profitable growth.
