The Role: Underwriter / Relationship Manager

• Assess and underwrite residential development finance applications in line with risk policies.
• Analyse property valuations and market data to determine collateral adequacy.
• Make informed credit decisions and present recommendations to the credit committee.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with borrowers, brokers, surveyors, and legal professionals.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on underwriting activity and portfolio performance.
