The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Your title will be "Performance Marketing Executive".

Performance marketing is a form of digital marketing that directly impacts the bottom-line for clients. You’ll be working with budgets and running advertising as well as working on websites and data/analytics.

Primary platforms you’ll get used to in your day-to-day will be Facebook (Meta) ads, Google ads, TikTok ads and Google Analytics just to name a few.

Primarily, you will be supporting the Performance Marketing team in curating ad content, reporting on performance and putting together e-mail campaigns on the daily. If there are any areas you’re interested in, but haven’t quite had the opportunity to delve into yet, we’re here to help support and train you.

Location

Digital 24 works with flexibility at the heart of our ethos. The team works remotely with the option to drop in to our offices based in Belfast if that’s your preference.

The Performance Marketing team meet up once per month in Belfast City Centre. Outside of this, we will meet up for social events or ad hoc meetings., * Supporting the work of Digital Marketing Specialists

  • Launching paid advertising campaigns for a range of businesses

  • Building and monitoring PPC strategies (Google ads)

  • Putting together email marketing campaigns & flows

  • Preparing regular reports that provide insights on performance to strategise future campaigns

  • Forecasting client performance supported by a team of Digital Specialists

  • Maintaining direct relationships with clients across a range of industries

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a digital marketing role., A driven individual, passionate about Digital Marketing, you have at least 2 years experience working in a digital marketing role.

A fast learner, you’re excited to grow in your knowledge and take your career to the next level.

You are a data-obsessed critical-thinker and don’t mind crunching some numbers to back up any proposed strategies, and always think about the next steps for the businesses who rely on us to produce great results.

You have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually.

You’re a good time-keeper and can work under pressure with your ability to prioritise your work and hit deadlines., * Drive and ambition

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, with a varied range of tasks.

You like researching and building your knowledge about numerous industries through conducting competitor research, keyword research and more.

It’s a plus if you have experience running paid advertising campaigns in the past across Google ads and Facebook ads. If you don’t have this experience we can offer internal training to get you up to speed.

You have strong technical capabilities and are willing to progress in your technical understanding of websites and tracking for marketing platforms.

  • BSc/BA in Marketing or relevant field

  • 2+ years experience in a Digital Marketing role or similar

  • Experience in working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of social media, SEO, email marketing and advertising

  • Strong creative capabilities

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Strong technical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
