We are seeking to appoint an experienced TeachingAssistant to work at Wilmcote CE Primary School. The post is for a TeachingAssistant to support learners, including SEND children, in their English andMaths lessons in a Key Stage 2 class. We have happy and keen learners and agreat team of experienced and hard-working staff. Come and join us!
Key Skills:
- Experience of working with children with a rangeof learning needs, and being able to tailor learning tasks and resources toenable all children to achieve
- Willingness to work in a team with other staffto develop excellent provision
- Able to understand how to use assessment toinform next steps
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate theability to interact with children kindly, enthusiastically, creatively andflexibly to overcome barriers to learning.
