SHIFT MONDAY β THURSDAY START: 7:30AM β 18:00PM Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a passion for craftsmanship and precision? We\βre looking for a Bench Hand to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our reputation for producing high-quality, bespoke components and products. What Youβll Do: * Work from technical drawings to hand-finish and assemble parts * Perform filing, grinding, sanding, polishing, and fitting tasks * Operate hand tools and bench machinery safely and accurately * Carry out final quality checks to ensure high standards are met * Collaborate with machinists and other team members What Weβre Looking For: * Experience in a bench hand or similar manual finishing role * Ability to read and understand drawings * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work * Good hand-eye coordination and pride in delivering quality results * A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
