Project Manager Location: South Leicestershire Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience Job Type: Permanent Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 7.45am – 4.30pm & Friday 7.45am – 3.15pm Engineering @ 365 is currently working with a market-leading joinery company based in Leicestershire, recruiting for a Project Manager on a permanent basis. Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the project team, ensuring the successful delivery of joinery projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing resources, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: * Provide leadership and support to the project team. * Be involved in the formal handover process, ensuring that project-specific obligations are fully understood. * Allocate necessary resources to support project delivery. * Work closely with our Design Department and Installation Department to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the process. * Liaise with the Commercial Department to ensure accurate and profitable management. * Manage any external sub-contract packages where applicable. * Review all drawings prior to issue for approval. * Monitor compliance with client programmes and ensure all required administration is in place. * Represent the company at client meetings where necessary. * Take an active approach, visiting sites and interacting with production where needed. * Support sales & estimating to win work. Requirements: * Proven experience working as a Project Manager in a similar role within the joinery or construction industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team. * Experience using design packages such as Inventor 3D and AutoCAD 2D. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Flexibility to visit sites and interact with production when needed.
