Supporting a dynamic US Partner 3 – 4 months of the year when he is in London (he has 3 EA’s in LA) and assisting the London COO when needed and keeping the office looking top drawer.
Warm and welcoming, you will be the face of the company (they have many influential visitors) and make sure they are welcomed and looked after during their time with them (almost concierge in style).

This is an exceptional opportunity for polished EA at senior level to be the lynchpin of this small US hub of a much larger company in LA. We are looking for a self starter who might need a little flex because of other commitments but happy to start at 9.30 and work from home on Fridays. Small and very friendly, supportive team of 3 (Chief of Staff, COO and Private PA) who are sometimes not in the office so you will be very happy and capable of working alone some of the time.
