JOB PURPOSE: To carry out a range of maintenance duties and to provide a comprehensive maintenance service in Housing Executive properties. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional, and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
REQUIREMENTS: Full current driving licence, with B Category
Location: The base location for this role is Cloughfern Depot, Newtownabbey - areas of works would be across North and West Belfast (and any other depots if required).
