Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the golf leisure & corporate membership base across two courses, ensuring excellent member retention and satisfaction.
- Support with developing innovative ideas and promotions to attract new members.
- Coordinate membership events and tournaments to enhance member engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service across the resort.
- Maintain accurate membership records and provide timely reports to management.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in golf club management or a similar leisure membership-based role.
