The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) is an independent charity working towards a fairer, greener, and more prosperous society. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the executive director plus other members of the senior management team with their role of leading IPPR and delivering its strategic and operational priorities.

If you are proactive with a high attention to detail and skilled in prioritising competing tasks, able to communicate well with staff at all levels, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of external stakeholders, including senior policy and decision makers, funders, politicians and their advisers, this is the ideal job for you.

This role will provide high-quality administrative and project management support across all aspects of IPPR’s work and will be vital to the effective leadership of the organisation and delivery of our mission. You will be expected to exercise tact and diplomacy, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This post will be based in our London office, right at the heart of Westminster, with staff expected to be in the office at least 40 per cent of their working hours. As part of our commitment to flexible working we will consider a range of options for the successful applicant to fill the post, including part-time working.
