What You\âll Be Doing
Conducting food safety and health & safety inspections and records audits at client premises.
Producing compliance reports and practical recommendations for clients following each visit.
Delivering risk assessments: including occupational, manual handling and PPE â particularly in hospitality environments.
Supporting new client onboarding, including the implementation of our digital compliance platform, ALERT65.
Providing tailored advice, consultancy and training to clients across a wide range of environments.
Acting as Account Manager for a number of clients â typically individual or small group hospitality operators.
Conducting investigations into allegations such as food poisoning, allergen incidents or foreign body contamination.
Participating in our Advice Line rota, offering reactive expert guidance and managing investigations.
Offering constructive feedback to internal teams, including IT (for platform improvements) and Operations, to support continuous improvement.
Engaging in internal training (CPD) and team development.
Managing communications efficientlyâresponding to client and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
What We\âre Looking For
A solid background in food safety and health & safety auditing, ideally in hospitality. A minimum Level 4 Food Safety qualification is essential, with a BSc in Environmental Health or equivalent industry experience highly desirable.
Experience auditing highârisk operations such as hotels with spa/swimming pool facilities would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills â you\âll need to manage a busy and varied caseload.
An adaptable and relationshipâled approach; client experience is everything to us.
Driving Licence and car needed as travelling to clients regularly
