You:
We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager or Business Manager to assist the management team at our new store in Derby. This role will see you grow your skills as a Manager enhancing your people skills with the day to day running of the business.
Role Accountabilities:
- Managing the Sales Executives
- Motivating the team to deliver great outcomes for customers as well as achieving weekly sales targets on vehicles
- Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
- Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner
- Working to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online
- Ensuring excellent customer service that results in great customer outcomes
Personal Characteristics/Previous experience:
- Excellent relationship building skills
