We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced bartender with leadership experience to join The Light team as a Bar Team Leader. In this role, you will work closely with the Bars Manager to manage our busy bar and lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
About You:
- Previous bar experience in a busy venue, leading a team and mixing cocktails is essential,
- Able to stay calm under pressure,
- A natural leader that can unite, motivate and develop a team,
- Excellent problem solving skills,
- Proven track record in delivering excellent guest service,
- Strong multitasker with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
