Labourer/Groundworker

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundworker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that work sites are safe, organised, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members., * Assist in the preparation and maintenance of construction sites, including clearing debris and ensuring a tidy work environment.

• Operate hand tools and machinery as required for specific tasks.

• Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with various tasks such as digging trenches, laying foundations, and installing drainage systems.

• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

• Report any issues or hazards on site to the supervisor promptly.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions as needed.

• Previous experience in groundworks or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks effectively.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

• A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
