Senior Corporate Counsel (12 month FTC)

Global leader in delivering innovative wealth management solutions is looking for a senior corporate lawyer to join their team on a 12 month FTC, mat cover contract start by early March. Central London location, hybrid 3/2 split.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will hold an integral role in supporting the senior leadership team on all corporate transactional matters, M&A activity, and investments. As part of a small team you will also have the opportunity to take on a broader remit of legal work for the business and manage a junior lawyer.

This role would suit a 5-7 year PQE (as a guide) lawyer either having worked in-house in a similar capacity or as first move from the corporate practice of a reputable law firm. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge and capability in relation to M&A transactional work, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
