Service Analyst/Service Desk/Access Management

The Role:
Managing end user access management and requests
Support the tech team on integrating access management services.
Work with relevant teams about operation procedures, carrying out audit reviews and collation of evidence and documentation Identify service and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with controls and standards.
ITIL v4 foundation
Additional ITIL V4

Qualifications Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Teams Experience
Strong knowledge of key ITAM principles. 1 years' experience with ITAM (ie ServiceNow)
