Standalone HR Manager within an SME Based in Kensington, West London Paying up to £65,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working (1 day per week from home) A growing West London company are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This exciting new role will involve the following duties for a current team of 50 staff: – HR operations administration – Implementing HR policies and procedures – Reviewing of compensation and benefits – Collating of payroll information for outsourced provider – Management of employee relations and performance reviews – Creating and fostering culture and values – Supporting the design and development of HRIS – Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding – HR Projects To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience: – Ideally standalone HR experience within an SME environment – Strong hands-on experience across HR operations – Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice – Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
