We are looking for a Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our leisure centre in West London, with a key focus on wet-side operations., As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for all visitors. From managing lifeguarding teams to coordinating poolside operations, your leadership will play a crucial role in the facility’s success. You will also be a key holder, responsible for the opening and closing of the site during designated shifts., * Oversee daily operations to ensure a high standard of service and safety.
