Our client, a successful haulage company have an urgent requirement for a Transport Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant must be able to work in a fast paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have experience with the pallet network.
Reporting to the office manager, your duties will include:
- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls
- Dealing with queries
- Booking jobs onto bespoke IT system
- Adhering to both company and statutory legislation
- Coordinating deliveries and collections
- Debriefs, handovers, briefing night drivers
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Ability to multi-task
- MS Office experience
- Transport and logistics experience
- Great Customer Service skills
Hours are 10.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday.
