The Role: MENTORING the Next Generation
You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Early Years apprenticeship qualifications in their place of work. Delivery:
Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Early Years Apprenticeship qualifications Mentorship:
Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners, both remotely via Video, telephone and email and also visits to their place of work. Focus:
Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards. Environment:

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering: Occupational Experience:
Minimum 3
years\β relevant occupational experience
within Nursery Management (Deputy or above) Technical Qualification:

Level 3 Early Years related qualification . Soft Skills:
