visitor centres. But we can’t save nature alone. So, we work closely with local communities, businesses, organisations and
individuals to protect and restore wildlife and wild spaces and create a wilder Kent for the benefit of people and the planet.
What You Will Be Doing:
- As the NbS Project Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge, nature-driven solutions that
secure a greener future. You will:

Lead the development, implementation, and compliance of NbS projects across Kent.

Manage initiatives such as carbon sequestration, Biodiversity Net Gain, and nutrient neutrality (phosphate/nitrate mitigation).

Engage with local authorities, councils, and statutory bodies to ensure effective decision-making.

Help shape Local Nature Recovery Strategies to achieve meaningful, long-term environmental change.
We’re looking for a highly motivated project manager with:

Proven experience in project delivery and environmental management.

Strong knowledge of nature-based solutions, carbon sequestration, Biodiversity Net Gain and Nutrient Nutrality

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with public and private sector partners.

The ability to translate complex environmental data into real-world action.

A passion for conservation and a drive to lead on groundbreaking nature recovery projects.
