Risk Operations Manager

About the Company – Lutine Bell are delighted to be supporting a leading Investment Management company to appoint their Risk Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Operational Risk Manager coming from a Wealth/Asset/Investment management firm, and a strong background in Financial Services.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong experience in a 2LoD Ops Risk role
• Hands on experience with Risk Incidents, RCSA, Control Testing, Risk Systems and Reporting
• Experience leading key initiatives and senior Stakeholder relationship management in a Risk Context
• Previous Line Management experience, ideally managing Risk Analysts
• Direct experience with ICARA

Pay range and compensation package – Up to £90,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Location – London (Hybrid – 2/3 days p/w onsite)
