Location: Boltonoffice-based role
Salary: Up to £25,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent – Full Time 37.5 hours perweek

Our central HR Operations team basedin the Atria Offices in Bolton is expanding rapidly to meet theneeds of the business. In this busy role you will be the firstpoint of contact for all HR-related queries.
You will manage and coordinate all queries, updates, andrequests across the entire business via our central HR telephonenumber and email inbox. As the face of HR, this office-based rolerequires you to have a knowledge of general HR, a sense of urgencyand also keen customer service skills.
Tobe successful in this role you will have good organisationalskills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be personable, yetprofessional always.
We are looking forsomeone that is able to work proactively to meet the customer’sneeds and is comfortable communicating with stakeholders of alllevels.
As HR Administrator you will beconfident in dealing with conflict situations and supportingmanagers to come to the right solutions.
What we are lookingfor:

Experience of working with confidentialinformation and databases (preferably with HRsystems)

Previousexperience working within a fast-paced and time-sensitiveenvironment.

Confident use of Microsoft Office packages /Databases and speaking on the phone in a professionalcapacity

Able to deal withconflict situations when dealing withenquiries.
