The Role

We are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to take the helm at this highly regarded restaurant in Sherborne. Offering all-day dining as part of a larger venue and community space this is a one of a kind opportunity.

As an integral member of the management team the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant space, offering something truly unique to the local market. From daytime coffees to lunches, celebration dinners, this venue is and relevant to today's trends.

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences whilst driving the business through local engagement/ marketing and ensuring a well trained team able to upsell and make recommendations to diners.

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced operator, ideally who comes with a background in volume and quality, but we are also looking for someone who has the personality and passion to add some real sparkle to this venue.

A Restaurant Manager who is a real 'host', will get to know the locals and really become part of the wider community.
