Re:Gen are looking at continuing to expand their delivery teams as opportunities continue to develop in Yorkshire & East Midlands Regions. As such, they are aiming to recruit a Business Support Manager to help run schemes across these regions, ensuring all key functions are supported and delivering to maximize their outputs. This is an integral role supporting the SMT and project team members in day-to-day operations and feeding back and informing against strategic plans. Responsibilities will include: Monitoring and reporting of KPI data and ensuring customer queries / complaints are answered within agreed timescales. Supporting the Customer Experience Coordinator functions and providing consistency across all projects. Supporting commercial teams to process documents relating to both supply chain and office costs. Supporting the collection and verification process associated with PAS 2035 schemes. Managing, organising and controlling handover activities on behalf of management and site teams including all applicable documented evidence. Support the Senior Management Team in making sure all teams are demonstrating the right company values, culture, and behaviours. Supporting the Central HR team on engagement surveys and introducing regular staff engagement meetings alongside regular site visits to all sites. The ideal candidate for this role must be: Articulate & proactive. Have a ‘One business’ approach. Able to build relationships and balance conflicting priorities. Able to influence and persuade.
