They are currently looking to hire a Head of Professional Services who will lead teams delivering customer projects, including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Engineers. This overall team has 35 people with 4 managers. You will collaborate with the Operational Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and service levels. Requirements: Thrive under pressure, demonstrating self-motivation and resilience. Must have previous experience in a customer-facing role.
