About the Role
As our Food & Beverage Manager , you will take charge of all food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest service standards across our restaurant, bar, and event spaces. Youll be responsible for everything from cost control and stock management to compliance and team leadership.
This is a full-time position (45-48 hours per week), including weekends , so flexibility is key.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role within a hotel
- Financially savvy , with experience managing budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Excellent paperwork and administrative skills , including stock control and compliance
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop the F&B team
- Event experience , from intimate dining to large-scale functions
- A hands-on approach , willing to lead by example and ensure smooth operations
