As a result of their growth and plans for the future, they need to strengthen their product & innovation strategy all aspects of category management, sourcing and commercial.

Suitable candidates should have a successful track record in a senior leadership role in a similar environment, hence a good understanding of design-led products, with success in leading and developing category, sourcing and product management teams and a good understanding of the target markets. This must include experience within a business that owns and develops its own products and brands, as opposed to just distributing products on behalf of companies who own the brand and the IP.
