ROLE DESCRIPTION As an Educational Sales Manager at UAPP, you will play a vital role growing, managing and motivating our internal Students Advisors\’ team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent managerial and sales skills, and a deep understanding of the global higher education industry. This role requires staying updated on industry trends, effective marketing, lead generation, and exceptional customer service to ensure successful student conversions. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Experience in building, training and motivating new teams and sales. A deep understanding of CRM platforms, sequences, workflows and integrations with multiple channels. Experience in working with marketing teams, planning lead generation campaigns. Understanding sales metrics including targets and conversion rates. Ability to create GTM marketing strategies and implement through a clear roadmap and project management. Stay updated on UK university programs, entry criteria, and industry trends to offer accurate advice. Provide a high level of customer service to prospective and current students, establishing strong relationships. A full understanding of customers’ journeys, including SLAs and reporting mechanisms. Working with the Sales and Marketing Director and the Strategy Director in defining growth and rotation strategies. Representing UAPP at relevant events and workshops to enhance the company\’s presence when requested. Participating in events, recording videos, promoting UAPP on social media and implementing new content ideas on social media channels. Inspiring and leading a sales team of Team Leader remotely and Advisors in the office, to meet and exceed sales targets. Conducting meaningful 1-2-1 sessions with team members; include coaching and development plans and work with individuals to improve performance. Creating a high energy environment to drive optimum results by engaging the team, using team meetings, Buzz sessions and incentives. Completing and updating weekly and monthly trackers, dashboards, reporting on business unit performance; taking accountability for team results. Upholding a positive, supportive and engaging leadership style when communicating and rolling out changes/updates or driving new initiatives. Contributing positively to the team and success of the company. REQUIREMENTS Right to work in the UK Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in education consulting and student recruitment. Strong understanding of UK universities, courses, and admission criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in using CRM, particularly HubSpot. Experience in growing and managing global B2C teams. Knowledge of industry trends and changes in university admission processes.
