The Role:

You will be fully accountable for all restaurant operations within the business. You will be leading a small team to deliver unique experiences to your guests. Reporting to the owners this is a purely operational role with exposure to the finances of the business from the leadership team. There will be tonnes of autonomy with this role, so someone super passionate about restaurants and service who wants to get involved would do well.
