We are looking for an authentic and driven Full Time Chef De Partie to join us at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa on a 12 month Maternity cover and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

As Glasgows only 5* Hotel, our team are focussed on providing our guests with 5* service and making heartfelt human connections in our boutique hotel, standing strong in Glasgows city centre.

As a Chef De Partie, we will support you to :

  • Make it count you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day!

What do you need to be a Chef De Partie? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Kitchen team to provide excellent experiences to our guests through delicious culinary experiences, beautiful presentation and timely service. So, we are looking for someone who has

  • Availability to work Full Time
  • Experience working as a CDP in a 4/5* Hotel or restaurant (ideally 2 years as a minimum)
  • City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
  • Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
  • Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests!
