Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Cheif Compliance Officer to provide global leadership and oversight during a transitional period for our client, a well-established organization in the financial services/insurance sector. This position requires a seasoned compliance professional (10 years +) with cross-jurisdictional expertise (UK/US/EU/ME/APAC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational compliance support during a leadership transition.
• Ensure the organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and risk management frameworks.
• Support internal investigations and liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a compliance role within financial services or insurance.
• Strong understanding of cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead compliance functions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and regulators.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
