Are you an exceptional Team EA looking for a new challenge in a market-leading, West End based global investment management firm?
You will be an experienced Team Assistant (circa 4 years experience) who is career minded, academic, resilient, and keen to work in a client-facing role within financial services. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in a similar capacity ideally within a financial services firm or a similarly fast paced environment. You will also need to be a team player with a strong desire to work in a highly respected business as an EA, supporting the Global COO and CFO. This is a fantastic team who collaborate and support each other across the business, where no two days are the same and you will be valued for your input and ideas.
This is a busy role which will see you supporting the leadership team, as well as working closely to support the wider team as it is a flat structure and a real ‘muck in’ mentality. You will tackle the challenges of ever-changing, back-to-back diaries; exceptionally busy travel itineraries; and be managing conflicting priorities. There are high volumes of events and meetings and you will also need to be skilled at managing complex expenses.
At interview stage it is essential that you can demonstrate:
• That you are a fast leaner, meticulous and industrious – unafraid to make decisions, and solve problems.
• You work well both autonomously and in a team.
• You have experience managing back-to-back diaries and organising international travel itineraries (2 -4 years +).
• You have a strong eye for detail, with experience updating CRMs
• You handle expense processing with ease – Concur experience is a plus.
• You thrive in an ambitious, fun and fast-paced environment
• You have a passion for events, with prior experience that you can bring to this role.
The firm are looking for someone to start as soon as possible and it is an incredible opportunity for the right person to gain strong experience.
Please note this role is office first, while there may be some flexibility, you should be able to be in office 5 days per week.
