About:
This is an opportunity to come into a leading global financial services firm, working as a software engineer on a platform used by leaders within the Capital Markets. The firm are seeking talented software engineers to help grow their office in the Belfast region. This individual should be comfortable in a low latency environment and eager to develop understanding using new technologies, also with relevant experiences to the financial services sector.
What we are looking for:
- Background in designing and delivering products within financial services
- Commercial experience in C++ (v11 or above)
- Experience with writing multi-threaded systems on Linux / Unix based platforms
- Background in developing low latency applications within financial services
- Scripting in either Python or LUA
- CI/CD tools
- Database experience with PostgressSQL, KDB/KDB+
