The Contracts Manager will play a key role in managing and delivering civil engineering and earthworks projects from tender through to completion, ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence. Currently a £2 million turnover company, they are targeting growth to £10 million turnover, working on projects ranging from £1 million to £5 million in size. Contracts Manager Job Overview

- Degree in Civil Engineering or extensive experience in the civil engineering sector.
- Proven experience in managing civil engineering, groundworks, and bulk earthworks projects.
- Strong experience in tendering, cost management, and contract negotiation.
- Competent in transferring information from plans to spreadsheets for costing and analysis.
- Strong commercial skills with experience in client interaction and delivering profitable projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, LSS, and other 3D modelling systems.
