In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CCO and lead the strategy, growth, and commercial success of the package holiday division. As the Director/Head of Package Holidays, you will collaborate with key teams, including hotel, flight, and marketing, to create compelling holiday packages that drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also inspire and lead the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the package holiday division. Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed performance targets. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to continually refine product offerings.
