Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support all Group IT infrastructure, security, and associated applications.
• Support network and communications systems, including Cisco network infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
• Design and implement factory and site infrastructure.
• Collaborate with our Security team to provide technical assistance for Security implementations and Operations.
• Manage Windows Server environments both on-premises and in Azure.
• Maintain backups across large, multi-site IT infrastructures and the cloud.
• Manage operations across a combination of on-premises, hybrid, cloud, and multi-cloud infrastructures.
• Maintain a complex network of Active Directories and Azure AD.
• Provide advanced support to our valued customers and team members.

Essential Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar senior Infrastructure role.
• Support of all network and communications systems, including Cisco network infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
• Delivery and operations of cybersecurity systems, including EDR, SIEM, patching, email security, web proxies, and firewalls.
• Windows Server and Hyper-V experience.
• Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms. Microsoft Certifications for Cloud Engineering and Azure are a plus.
