Veblen International is proud to be exclusively partnering with two pioneering luxury skincare brands celebrated for their global reach and innovation. They are currently looking to welcome skilled and passionate Beauty Therapists to join their teams, based in London.
The positions call for an experienced therapist who is committed to delivering outstanding treatments and exceptional customer care. You’ll play a key role in creating a truly luxurious and memorable client journey, while also working closely with the wider retail team to ensure the continued commercial success of their retail spaces – including a beautifully curated standalone Institute. As a true ambassador for the brand, you’ll help bring their values and vision to life through every interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Deliver high-quality facial treatments in line with brand protocols.
- Provide personalised consultations and skincare solutions based on skin analysis.
- Drive sales by confidently recommending and selling products.
- Build long-term customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment as part of the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and treatment history.
- Meet individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives.
- Ensure the treatment rooms and store/retail location uphold luxury brand standards.
- Support and participate in store events to enhance brand awareness and maximise sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive and professional environment.
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in beauty therapy.
- Experience in retail or spa environments a bonus, ideally in a customer-focused beauty setting.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and skincare treatments.
- Ability to deliver personalised treatments and confidently recommend products.
