Our client is a boarding school in the outskirts of Yeovil, catering for up to 70 students and staff per boarding house.
Shift patterns are a mixture of 06:30-14:30 & 11:30-20:00 shifts, with every third weekend off.
What's involved?
As Sous Chef, you will lead the kitchen in one of the school's boarding houses. You'llwork within a team of 2-3 Chefs, catering for up to 70 students and staff.
You will be catering 'homely' meals 7 days per week, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and will be responsible for dietary requirements and health & safety.
