Job Title: Offshore ROV Tooling Technician

Location: UK (Remote) with opportunity to travel globally.

Contract: Full-time (Perm)

Our client, a market leader in subsea equipment rental and solutions providing for the global offshore energy sector. Is seeking an ROV Technician to work on an offshore-basis to support their clients.

What you will do:

• Support in the mobilisation, operation, maintenance and demobilisation of ROV Tooling equipment on client vessels and onshore locations.
• You will also assist in the development of technology and continued improvement of equipment and services provided by our client.

What you need:

• You will hold a qualification in Mechanical Engineering/ other technical discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
• You have previous experience in a technician role undertaking repair, maintenance and testing of ROV Tooling equipment, preferably in a subsea environment.
• You have extensive knowledge of ROV Tooling, Torque Tools, Valve Packs, Cutters, LAOT’S, IHPU’S & a solid understanding of hydraulics/electrics, with the ability to read schematics, including fault finding.
• You can read and implement engineering drawings.
• You are a problem solver and can act on your own initiative to solve their clients issues.
