Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and branding? Looking for hands-on experience in the influencer and digital media space? I’m looking for a creative and motivated intern to assist with social media account management, content creation, and brand development.

The role is multi-facetted so will require a lot of flexibility as your day-to-day work will vary greatly. I live in Kent, so ideally looking for someone local in the Kent area or London.

This is a part-time, flexible role that will provide real industry experience across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and SubStack, as well as insight into running my two businesses (Hawkins & Shepherd and DION DREYES).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with content creation: photography, videography, and editing for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Managing and creating content for brand Instagram accounts.
  • Helping to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media growth.
  • Editing and repurposing video content for different platforms.
  • Assisting in engagement strategies.
  • Supporting with admin tasks related to content, partnerships, and branding.
  • Attending and assisting at events where possible.

Who I’m Looking For:

  • Someone with a strong interest in social media, photography, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Lightroom, photoshop, CapCut, or similar editing tools is a plus.
  • Creative, organised, and keen to learn about the influencer industry and branding.
  • Ideally Kent-based or London (as in-person work will be required at times).
  • Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and a good eye for aesthetics.
  • Passionate about growing brands and creating engaging content.
