For the first four weeks, you will be based in the office to ensure a smooth onboarding process and to provide you with all the tools, training, and support needed to excel in your role. Following this initial training period, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration upon Agreement with your manager. We are seeking a dynamic and talented Fashion/ Graphic Designer to join the team at Box Menswear in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to design for a globally recognised menswear brand, with a primary focus on underwear, sportswear, and casual wear. Our customers are predominantly part of the LGBTQI+ community, and we celebrate creativity, inclusivity, and bold designs. Box Menswear is a dynamic e-commerce brand specialising in men’s underwear and clothing. We pride ourselves on creating unique, high-quality designs and fostering a collaborative, fun, and forward-thinking work environment. This role is full-time (37.5 hours p/w) Monday to Friday. The role is available for an immediate start, but we are happy to accommodate reasonable notice periods for the right candidate. Salary Range – £28,000 – £33,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Design innovative and stylish menswear, with a focus on underwear, sportswear, and loungewear. Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage transferable skills to effectively represent the brand and translate designs into impactful digital representations. Create and assemble detailed Tech Packs for overseas suppliers, ensuring clarity and precision. Oversee the sampling process, from concept to completion, and enjoy seeing your designs go global. Collaborate closely with the team to refine ideas and deliver standout collections. Develop commercial acumen by liaising and negotiating with suppliers in countries such as China, Turkey, Bangladesh, and Vietnam. What We Need From You: A strong passion for and experience in fashion design, ideally in Mens Apparel. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with a working knowledge of InDesign. Confidence and experience in creating Tech Packs for suppliers. A collaborative, free-thinking mindset with the ability to contribute to group ideas. A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement. What Will Set You Apart: An excitement for the commercial side of fashion design, including supplier relationships and negotiation. A keen interest in the global reach of your designs.
