Options Autism are hiring Adult Support Workers in Scunthorpe!
Role: Adult Support Worker
Location: Near Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire
Salary: £27,950.00 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (43 hours per week – 7 day rota)
Essential: **Please note that Outcomes First Group are not currently able to offer Visa Sponsorship. Applicants must have RTW in the UK and have no restrictions on the hours that they are able to work – we cannot offer 20 hour per week contracts. Public transport to the site can be issue so a Driving Licence and your own vehicle is highly desirable.**

Our next Adult Support Worker will be someone who has:

The purpose of the role is to provide the highest quality of care and support as part of a care team to adults we support (those with mild to severe learning disabilities) in accordance with Company policies, procedures, practices and the standards. To provide the agreed support to meet physical, social, emotional, and personal care needs, providing a comfortable home where those we support feel valued, happy and secure
Some of your duties would include:
- Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Undertaking household tasks
- Engage our occupants in tasks and activities
The Location
Watermill is a specialist service, rated CQC Outstanding, which offers high quality support for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.
