We are so excited to continue our collaboration with a French Bistro that prides itself on serving authentic French-inspired dishes made from the finest seasonal produce. Located in the heart of London, they are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their team of 5.
You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.
You\’ll be wondering what\’s in it for you as a Junior Sous Chef…

  • £38,000 to £40,000 per annum plus £3,500 to £4,000 service charge
  • Set days off – Sunday and Monday
  • Working alongside an excellent Head Chef

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…

  • Creating a variety of beautiful French-inspired dishes for up to 20 covers at lunch and 50 covers during the evening service
  • Running a section and overseeing junior chefs in other sections, including providing training and development
  • Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
  • Making the most of the restaurant\’s access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small, independent suppliers
  • Showcasing exceptional communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to others
