Reporting to the General Counsel this is a role with guaranteed variety:
🟦 Commercial – drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
🟦 Data & Digital – contribute to the digital transformation strategy by providing clear and commercially focused data protection advice and support and training.
🟦 Risk Management- proactively identify and mitigate legal risk across all areas of the business.
🟦 Governance – developing company secretarial skills and experience
🟦 Regulation – assisting with regulatory matters, as well as assisting with compliance of safeguarding, ESG and other legal requirements.
🟦 Education – supporting the development and training of colleagues
