Group Legal Counsel, 5-10PQE+

The General Counsel of this pioneering international market leader in the renewables/EV charging sector is seeking an astute commercially agile corporate/commercial lawyer to take the no.2 position within the team.

Exciting projects ahead during the next stage of growth, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact whilst continuing to develop legal and leadership skills. With the support of the General Counsel, this role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex matters; draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, construction, licensing, service, and joint venture agreements; infrastructure projects; corporate finance transactions; corporate governance and data privacy.

This role can accommodate a 5PQE UK qualified looking to grow into the role or a senior lawyer. Understanding of US law as well as Infrastructure/telecoms/energy sector background is of interest.
